Down 34-23 at halftime, the Railsplitters rallied to beat the No. 1-ranked Cubs to earn their first MHSAA championship. With the score tied, senior Jalen Fisher nailed a jumper as the clock expired to give the Railsplitters the win. Freshman Emoni Bates led the Railsplitters with 23 points, six  rebounds and three blocks. Fisher finished with 16 points. Senior Amari Frye added 15 points and five rebounds.

The Crusaders held of a late rally by the Panthers to earn the title. Noah Wiswary scored 17 points. T.J. VanKoevering had 13 points and five rebounds. Ryan Takers had 10 points and four steals. Zac Velthouse added eight points and eight rebounds. Chandler Collins totaled six points and seven rebounds.
