   Bloomfield Hills Cranbrook Kingswood edged Macomb Lutheran North 56-54 in the final of the Metro Conference Reunion Holiday Tournament in boys basketball action on Friday, Dec. 28, at Cranbrook.

   Cranbrook trailed 42-35 after three quarters, but used a 21-12 run to rally for the victory.

   Both teams now are members of the Catholic High School League.

   Cranbrook improved to 7-1 overall with the victory.

   Sophomore Cam Garner scored 12 points (11 in the fourth quarter), including the game-winner as time expired, to lead the Cranes. Senior Alex Finney scored 16. Senior Clark Doman totaled 11 points. Sophomore Alex Short had six points, senior Torrell Williams had five points, and senior Jordan Benson had four points in the win.

   Cranbrook travels to Madison Heights Bishop Foley on Friday, Jan. 4, 2019 in a CHSL Intersectional 1 Division game.
